Phoenix SH Grun K 70 description: Basic covered electrode. Outstanding good welding characteristics for the welding of low alloy steels with high strength; very pure weld metal; high toughness also at low temperatures; weld metal recovery around 115 %; suited for out of position work. Useable in mechanical engineering, tank construction and permanent way applications. Good weldability of free cutting steels. Suited for steels with high C-content. Redry for 2 h at 250 - 350 °C (482 - 662 °F).
