Weld Mold 943 description: Weld Mold 943 produces an exceptionally high shock resistant, dense, and completely heat treatable weld deposit. Suited for medium hot and cold working units, and metal-to-metal wear areas. Retains high hardness to 600F. Deposits take a high polish. The wide versatility of 943 makes it ideally suited for many applications. Examples include; die cast dies, cold shears, header dies, chisel and punch points for air hammer tools, blanking and bending dies, trimmer dies, and sledgehammer faces.
