SAF Steelcored 48 description: STEELCORED 48 is a seamless copper coated basic flux cored wire for gas-shielded metal arc welding of weathering and fine grain structural steels such as Patinax or Cor-ten. The weld metal is resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Low spatter loss, easy slag removal, smooth and uniform bead appearance. The weld metal is very crack-resistant, cold-tough down to 60C with very low hydrogen content.
