Haynes Hastelloy C-276 description: HASTELLOY C-276 RTW filler metal is used for the gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc and submerged
arc welding of C-276 alloy. HASTELLOY C-276 also is a good candidate for overlay or cladding of steels when enhanced corrosion resistance is required. Dissimilar welding applications include other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys and stainless steels. The RTW filler metal fi nish on the spooled wire promotes smooth feeding through welding equipment and reduced tip wear in contact tips.
