SAF Filalu Al99.5 description: FILALU Al99,5 is a 1450 type aluminum solid MlG welding wire, supplied precision layer wound, depositing a 99,5% aluminum weld metal. Suitable for use with Ar, or Ar+He mixed shielding gases. FILALU Al99.5 is used for welding of commercially pure aluminium in both wrought and cast forms. FILALU Al99.5 is a Ti-microalloyed welding wire, with good corrosion resistance. The Ti addition reduces the crack sensitivity of the weld metal.
