SAF Safinox B017 description: SAFINOX B017 is a basic coated electrode specially developed for welding refractory steel MANAURITE 900. Suitable for repairing or joining heat resistant parts located outside furnaces e.g. reformer furnace manifolds, transferlines, pyrolisys furnace crossovers. The main characteristics of this electrode are usability in position, the weld metal presents thermal shock and oxidation resistance together with good creep beahaviour. Good ductility after ageing. Operating temperature up to 1000C.
