Oerlikon Alufil AlMg3 description: ALUFIL AlMg3 is a 5754 type aluminum solid MlG welding wire, supplied precision layer wound, depositing Al-3Mg weld metal. Suitable for use with Ar, or Ar+He mixed shielding gases. ALUFIL AlMg3 is used for welding of 3% Mg-content aluminum. The weld has higher strength comparing with Si-alloyed Al welding wires. Good corrosion resistance.
