ALUROD AlMg4.5Mn is suitable for welding of marine and other structures, where strength, toughness and corrosion resistance are priorities. ALUROD AlMg4.5Mn results the highest strength in as welded condition. ALUROD AlMg4.5Mn is not applicable for high temperature applications, due to the increased risk of stress corrosion.
