NHF-ST-12R bare rod is developed for high hardness, abrasion resistance and good corrosion resistance. These properties make NHF-ST-12R the choice for wood cutting saws and bars, and for industrial cutting applications for carpet, plastics, papers and chemical industries. It is non-forgeable and can be machined with difficulty using carbide tools. NHF-ST-12R bonds well to all weldable-grade steels, including stainless.
