Nihonweld NSS-317L description: NSS-317L is a lime-titania type stainless steel electrode which gives an extra low carbon 18%Cr-12%Ni3%Mo austenitic stainless weld metal. As its molybdenum content is higher than that of NSS-316L, its weld metal has excellent resistance to non-oxidizing acid such as dilute sulfuric acid, and is resistant for inter-cystalline corrosion.
