Nihonweld NHF-D236 description: NHF-D236 can be used for the manufacture of new parts as well as for the repair of 5% Cr and 12% Cr tools steels such as e.g. 1.2363, 1.2601, 1.2080, 1.2436, 1.2379. Due to the alloy composition it is particularly suited for the repair of Cr cutting and punching tools, deep drawing tools and woodworking tools and highly wear resistant plastic moulds. By using a non-alloy or low-alloy base material, high quality tools can be manufactured with this electrode.
