Nihonweld NHF-6700 description: NHF-6700 is used for hardfacing workpieces exposed to abrasion accompanied by impact stressing. The base metal may be steel, cast steel or hard manganese steel. Special applications are surfacings on die blocks, pressing, drawing and cold pressing tools, excavator parts, shear blades, slideways and guide rails. NHF-6700 has good weldability in the horizontal position. Good slag removal and smooth seams.
