Nihonweld NHF-32CRS description: Good for heavy abrasion, NHF-32CRS can reach more than 700 Hv. The weld metal consists of 30% Cr. Machining is not possible due to the high amount of Chrome. Preheating should be used roughly 300 deg C. To prevent disbanding and cracking, an underlayer should be applied as well.
