Kuangtai KL-524 description:
KL-524 is an iron powder-titanium oxide type electrode with high deposition rate (about 160%).
It provides very smooth weld beads, low spatters, excellent slag removal and good weldability.
Ideal for the fillet welds of T-beam or H –beam. Only one pass is needed to obtain the required leg size without undercut.
It is also suitable for multi-pass welding.
