Characteristic and use:
New-seamless basic flux-core wire is suitable for the reestablishment surfacing and repair welding of hot-working air hammer, especially for the reinforced local armored welding for cracks. Furthermore, it is also applicable for the manufacturing of model surface on the small-scale hot forging.
Matters for attention:
(1) After use, please put the remaining welding wire into VCI Bags.
(2) Remove all parts of thermal wear and crack, and avoid right angle and acute angle in at the corner.
(3) Preheat it under 200-560C, conduct stress-relief tempering for one time after welding, and cool it in the furnace slowly.
(4) Repair severe cracks and CMC-60 N bottoming can be applied to preventing further cracks.
(5) Avoid welding junction in the place where stress occurs as far as possible.
