Characteristic and use:
It is suitable for the bridge damage welding and armored welding of high-order forging, especially for the cutting die with thick trimming, forging die with severe thermal wear, hot shear trimming and hot-extrusion die. As for the production of hot-forging die, it can also be welded on H13 or 5CrNiMo as the pre-protection of easily-wear parts. The molten metal has excellent high temperature and wearing resistance, which can improve the life span of die greatly.
Matters for attention:
(1) Weld preheating 400C can prevent cracks and improve welding quality.
(2) The sealing effect of zip-top can is good, and there is no need to dry under general situation; if it is accidentally affected with damp, the welding rod should be dried under 250C for 60 to 120 minutes at first.
(3) During welding in a small area, it should be processed before it is still red.
(4) It's better to apply uniform reverse welding with short arc under an even speed; reflow soldering is needed for a small part at the end.
