Oerlikon Fluxodur SA 430 description: FLUXODUR SA 430 is a folded flux cored wire suitable for SAW (overlay) welding with OERLIKON flux OP F500. All weld metal deposit has a corrosion resistant 17% Chromium compositon. Scaling resistant in air and oxiidizing
combustion gases up to 900C and particulary in sulphurous combustion gases at elevated temperatures. Suitable for first (buffer) layer on unalloyed and low alloyed steel grade for 410 and 430 overlay. Deposit will have hardness 220HB in the third layer.
