Oerlikon Fluxocord 35 25 2D description: FLUXOCORD 35 25 2D is a micro-alloyed tubular cored SAW wire to be combined with 1 solid SAW wire OE-A105 (FMI-process) and OERLIKON flux OP 122 (or OP 121TT). The weld metal composition obtained in combination with
the solid wire electrode OE-A105 (and OP 122 flux) corresponds to that of FLUXOCORD 35 25 (with OP 122 flux). The combination is particularly suitable for multi-wire 2-run technology with OP 122 flux, and provides weld metal with high charpy toughness properties at low temperatures.
